They include estimated principal, interest, property taxes (based on a 1.8% annual rate), and a placeholder homeowner's insurance figure of $100/mo. 3. Financing Subject to Credit Approval

4. Land + Home Package Pricing
All-in package pricing displayed on this Site (e.g., "$274K all-in") reflects the combined cost of (a) a 10-acre parcel of land in 3 Rivers, Texas at a consistent $175,000 land cost, and (b) the manufactured home and standard installation specified for that package. The all-in figure does not include closing costs, optional upgrades, prepaid taxes/insurance, or third-party fees, which will be disclosed in your closing documents.
